How to synchronize my data with Binance

How to synchronize my data with Binance and create my API key.

Step 1: Create an API Binance key

  • Connect to your Binance account and click on the profile icon, then to [Account].

  • Access [API management], then click [Create an API ].

⚠️ Before you can create an API key, you must:

  • Activate two -factor authentication (A2F) on your account;

  • Make a deposit (regardless of the amount) on your spot portfolio to activate the account;

  • Check your identity.

  • Select the type of API key:

  • Keys generated by the system: use HMAC symmetrical encryption. You will get a key API and a secret key.

  • Enter a name for your API key.

  • Carry out checking via your A2F devices and your safety codes.

  • IMPORTANT: When configuring permissions,Check only the "Enable Reading" option (Reading only) in order to secure your account and prevent any trading or withdrawal action via this key.

  • Your key API is now created.

Step 2: Add the API key to Exceefy

  • Click on the profile icon, then go to settings > portfolio.

  • Select an existing wallet or create a new one.

  • Fill the necessary information:

  • Portfolio name

  • Platform: Choose Binance

  • Two new fields will appear: API key and Key secret

  • Copy/paste the information generated from your Binance space (see step 1).

  • Click Save and test.

👉 If the information is correct, two new buttons will appear:

  • Launch the first synchronization: Start the initial import of your transactions (this can last a few minutes). During the first synchronization, the Pru will not be informed because Binance does not provide us with the information, we must therefore modify your asset lines to inform the first PRUs. The transactions that will follow will be entered automatically.

  • A notification will be sent to you when synchronization is completed.

Step 3: Transactions monitoring

  • Once the synchronization is finished ✅, all your binance transactions are imported into Exceefy.

  • The next transactions will also be synchronized automatically every 24h.

  • Do not worry if you do not see your last operations immediately, they will appear during the next update.
